It actually serves more harm to Lai s re-election bid to keep Ko in jail than otherwise. I cannot imagine him not knowing it. Have to conclude his hatred for Ko (for humiliating him during the presidential debates) must be so strong that it transcended any rationality.

His lackeys probably convinced him of that already, hence u see the court maintaining the original bail and bail amount now, leaving Ko free for now.

Where got fly over? It’s another plane flew over but got caught by the uav miles away around tansui area.

Today ruling is 17 years behind the bar for 柯，he really gg liao, can be a doctor and retire in style don't want go and play politics, really deserve it

He can still make use of his plight as politically-motivated attack by the ruling DPP for his party TPP's gains in the 2026 or 2028 elections even though he will not be able to become candidate.

His group of Xiao Cao supporters will be very pissed at DPP and Lai Qing De.
