Ever meet a boss, Mgr, lead, supervisor that is so skeptical that whatever you do, got error, first thoughts did you......,

Always assume you do wrong.
But most of the time, or 9.9 out of 10, the mistake is not cause by you .

What will you do?

End of the day after board of directors said no issue , they will continue to hold their job. Like board of directors gets in, the next day, he or she would send thank U emails to all his company staff.

Yes we plan ahead but how about unforeseen unprecedented financial issue arises?

Oh year, my lead told me he gonna buy new car n maybe drive grab or other jobs.

The catch is, he told me can retired with healthy interest of myr$9k to myr$10k monthly, but why still drive grab or other work in Malaysia?

He still wanna work so he can have another source of income ~ that forms a safety net. He's just being prudent.

He probably wanna leave something more for his family after he passed away.

Not yet..need another 5 to 10 years more ..one already working, dnt need to gv him pocket money.

You don’t want to talk about it to others doesn’t mean others don’t want to talk about it. As long as never put you down about your retirement planning, I don’t see any issues
