我记得我爱过
要不回那些快乐 喔~~
怕情绪失控著
怕我泪流成河
怕你说有些事勉强不得
已经难以愈合~~

Japan has this serious flu thingy in recent months. The case went up a lot daily. Local news never report, but I read other foreign news especially TW news got say. This was known to me. But her sudden death was really shocking.

Besides the delay to go hospital as it was her own decision, it was also because of her health condition which was already not good and she knew it long ago. I feel that maybe the Japanese prioritize their own people, which also cause some delay? Also, she was in Hakone first, then later switched to Tokyo on 1 Feb. Then she died on 2 Feb morning. Hakone got simi hospital or clinic meh.

Aiya mybfd. Her health not good + Delay in treatment.

Coming months before going to Japan I also gonna get a flu jab as a form of protection. Already bought travel insurance riaos.

Yes, I caught it once when I was 15 years old. I was playing soccer in the rain and that night I jumped out from my bed like being possessed as I cannot control my hands and legs. Luckily I still can shout for help. Warded to hospital and for the next 3 night around 1am I will suddenly wake up and my temperature shoot to 42 deg. ++.

Maybe affected your brain already .

could be caught the virus on the plane.

you see ppl plane sneezing & coughing and air circulation in the plane is worse.

she probably caught in the plane and virus takes 24-48hrs to react. :( And that’s when she landed.

Quite scary tbh.

Better spend more time with your love ones before they are gone forever...

What are the odds you think she queued at a public hospital with peasants?

The tour guide mentioned they first went to a small hospital in Tokyo for diagnosis.

However, the small hospital unable to diagnose her condition then later on transferred to big hospital where she was finally diagnosed with influenza A. After medication, she went back to the city.

Unfortunately, she did not seek further medical treatment immediately. That night, her condition suddenly deteriorated. Seeing the situation, the tour guide immediately called an ambulance to rush her to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Pneumonia is a lung infection

Influenza is a common cause of pneumonia, especially among younger children, the elderly, pregnant women, or those with certain chronic health conditions or who live in a nursing home. Most cases of flu never lead to pneumonia, but those that do tend to be more severe and deadly.
But mostly only in older folks?
Hardly hear of young people getting it
