Don't forget, she didn't get pneumonia and RIP right away. Maybe it manifested days before, then deteriorated. Avg incubation period for flu is 1-4 days before symptoms manifest.

But still, her deterioration really jialat. That's very sudden. Most of the relatives I know who passed on because of pneumonia lasted about a week before their organs started failing one by one.
