weak leadership
i will say LHL gave up his throne too late
For the good of sg, PM term should not be more than 2 terms.

A useless PM will not cause irreversible damage while holding on to power for too long.

And there is renewal and refresh of ideas and directions. Not one who carries on for 4 terms with stale ideas.

under pap we wasted so much money on profligate spending like million dollar rubbish centers, stupid memorial, one use tracetogether that dont respect pdpa. now we dont even have enough money left for pap to give chicken bone before election, only can draw big pipe dream of whole chicken like family business SME boss, after election tell us business losing money no more spring chicken cause money used to pay fo boss new lamborghini
Give economic refugees free covid vaccinations then say money no enough.

Spot on. Held on too late and too late for transition for as many as 20ministers leaving.
Tell me they are mentoring the new ministers when they 自顾不暇!

even if he were to step down last round during covid, they might have lost other GRC like EC and MP

they simply can't run away from the party renewal
it's a matter of sooner or later

This a lot.

But Opposition like LMW also asked so man questions that PAP fabrications fell apart.

Like cannot reveal employment data as it will threaten social compact.

Or maybe even yesterday GST data for 2018, where foreigners pay only 40% even after refunds and vouchers taken into consideration.
It's all rubbish from pappies. Data just to confirm the facts.

They think we don't know the foreigners employment data. You just need to look at your company and your neighbourhood, you can get an estimated number already.

Realistically, can opposition have 30% of the seats?

Which are the GRC and SMC need to flip?
WC n EC and Joo chiat nearly flipped last election. That is like 10 seats.
As redrawing of boundaries would contain the inevitable atm as popular votes will continue to dip for pap.
If the trend of unhappiness towards the government continues, a 'freak' election result may trigger in 2030 or 2035 when there is no way to hide the votes that would translate to WP seats anymore.

I’m not so optimistic. Had always been pragmatic and realistic

if can win extra 2 grc plus overall percentage increase, I already tao chio. Also hope that outside of wp, other opposition parties win and do real ground work and estate management

thats why part of me hope WP don win too much so that LMW can still be NCMP in parliament..

WP may be good but they don't dare ask like how LMW is asking by going all out, cos LMW got nothing to lose but WP has..

best of cos is LMW get into parliament also as elected MP.. but I think is a tough fight..

PAP had too many cock ups in the 5 year prior,

PAP could not even make a single convincing rebuttal to defend themselves.

PAP did not offer anything new to Sinkies, not a single policy with substance

PAP is just threatening Sinkies throughout the entire campaign.

This is my summary of PAP in this GE.

I think all of you who read this summary should just vote PAP out.

WP, PSP and SDP is the medicine that all Sinkies deserve now.

Remember KJ number one quote, on par with LKY level.

No surprises....it merely reflects the way they have been governing recently.
