Your RM makan you la.

UT max I pay 50 bps.

For SCB, did your RM mention even if can lower the fees, how Low can it goes?

Wow really, do you buy UTs a lot? That's even cheaper than the online promo 0.88%

If you have high AUM with your RM, off course they can waive it for you from 2/1.5 to 0.5. :s22:

If you are a peasant, then please do not expect it to be waived.... lol :s13:

I have seen 25 chraged before but off course the AUM is much much higher.

Yes that's right. RM can help. Exception is the CitiGold one. Bought UT from them before. They are charging like 3% when other bank is generally 1% or less.
In fact my understanding is if you are AI eligible, the charges should be around 0.2%.

Better housing loan rates for privilege reserve/prioirity private

Hello,

Does anyone know which bank gives their priority customers better house loan rate than their normal customers? My experience is that there is no difference or maybe I did not call the right person to find out. Thanks.

Yap, no different. No need to be priority customer to get the same loan rate.

SCB priority offers better rates. Lower spread and no increase after 3 years.

i think the next tier is 1m. or 1.5m. dont think 500k and above makes a difference as a whole.
but if i am not wrong, you get better rates when you invest in a lump sum, meaning 500k will get you better rates than 2 250k.

1M for private banking if no change from previous.

Anyone can share what are the requirements and benefits of UOB wealth banking and privilege banking? Wealth banking only need 100k? but what is in store?

Actually, which bank's priority/privilege banking offers best rates for SGX/US/LSE stocks besides SCB?

Planning to move away from SCB priority since they don't seem to add value to my life, so which bank offers a good program if solely just looking at an account with decent interest rate, perhaps with TRB of not more than 350k, if lesser, even better, more incline to spread the risk among more banks instead of placing all eggs in one basket, And then if can get better rates for trading stocks (if any) to make up for the TRB?

Also if taking mortgage loan for resale condo, which bank count this towards TRB and offer better rates too?

Hi everyone. For ocbc premier banking, what happens if your AUM falls below $200k? Kind of confused by the terms and condition.

Clause 1 mentioned AUM must be $200k at all times
Clause 4 mentioned about monthly service fees if you fall below AUM

If AUM falls below $200k, they kick you out of premier banking or they ask you to pay service fees? Scratch head

Wealth banking vs privilege banking
AUM $100k vs $350k
Wealth banking lounges and centre vs all lounge and centres
RM chio vs extremely chio
No cards vs prestige card

Totally not aware of any good perks for any such banking. I think the industry is ready for disruption.

80% of the clients help to defray the cost to let 20% of the Zou bo clients drink coffee and read newspaper everyday. If you permanently work from home, can go there and do your work provided the Covid19 rules relax.

With this Covid19 thing, machiam get chase out quickly. Also the drink service seems to be gone

Hi there,

OCBC Bank reserves the right to impose a Premier Banking Service fee of fifty Singapore Dollars (S$50) if the S$200k Asset Under Management requirement is not met.

Premier customers may also be regrade to personal banking, if the AUM is not maintained.

You may wish to get in touch with your RM for more details.
