hi - sorry just to check, so if i deposit 250k with singsaver for citigold, i will only get ipad? cannot stack any of the bank promo? or can stack 300 for opening via online and 300 for credit card? i see the 300 for new bank account cannot be stacked as per previous comment

separately, singsaver just need 250k for 3 months and then after can be 15k without penalty, for the stacking (if possible) from citigold, it seems to need the money there for 1 year? I can't really find the info, can someone shed some light on this?

Can stack.

Under 6.1, you would receive Base Reward within 2 months after your welcome period (3 months). No need to wait 1 year.

The iPad promotion seems to end (see https://form-rewards.singsaver.com....5IzUzNTQ3MzRhY2YzNWRhMmNhMGIyNmUzNGQ0OTBlYzU2). If I let my spouse refer me to CitiGold, she needs to first open a banking account, which nowadays requires $70k to open?

What's the t&c of OCBC Premier rewards (Get S$1,000 when you deposit or invest S$350,000)? I can't find it in their website.

Actually, if place 250k for 3mths at citigold, and assuming only manage to hit the simple hurdles like spend (0.2%), save (0.2%). Means 0.4% +0.1% base; on the first 100k. = ~42$/mth interest.
if place in something like HSBC get 0.7% on 250k = ~146$/mth interest.

Essentially you are paying around ~300$ for an ipad 64GB.

Ipad promo ending 30 Jun 2021. By participating, it is singsaver that's referring you.

Nono, base is 0.01% p.a. not 0.1% p.a.
Save is only 0.2 % p.a. on the incremental amount. Example, u save $3000 incremental, u get 0.2% on the $3000 which is $6 per year.

Understand to get the iPad, one has to deposit and keep $80k in an account for one month plus. To receive the $900 rewards, what account one has to deposit the other $170k to? When can withdraw the $170k?

Makes it less appealing. Unless one needs an ipad.

Thanks. So the criteria is just to deposit 250k for 90 days within 90 days of account opening? How soon will Citi get back after the account application is submitted?
Right, seems like dat.

It took me 3-4 working days for account to be opened.

Hi, read some of the comments here that out of the 250k of AUM, 80k must be in cash in the saving account to redeem the free ipad. However, i read through the FAQ from Singsaver and this 80k is not mentioned. The criteria is just maintaining AUM of 250k across cash and investment. Am i reading it wrong?

Hi there, the 80k thing is actually from last month May's T&C. This month no longer have, currently is just the 250k requirement, so your inference is correct.
Thanks for the clarification! Also, do i need to separately set up a brokerage account with Citi to hold my shares in order to maintain the 250k AUM?

Really? Will check my account diligently tmr. Haha
Not in yet.
Once in, i will withdraw all 250k out n park $0.88 inside. Let them deduct every mth. Cheaper and wait for all my referral fees. Haha
