I like the HSBC Premier MAstercard for the 5% cashback ...and 2% interest rate..... SCB seem less attractive....

can go for both...pick one first...then transfer to the other one and enjoy the best of both worlds...if one of them should ever want to charge you fall below fee, just close the account and reopen next time

Yes. Your shares in scb also counted towards the 200k AUM

some banks do automatically upgrade. better to inform them directly if you want to be enrolled.

For the referral reward, you have to inform the bank the person who is referring you and the referral reward would be credited to that person subjected to you maintaining your AUM for a set period of time
