1st yr fee is usually waived. 2nd yr onwards would depend on which card and individual circumstances.

are you referring to the Bonus$aver Account? if yes, then I don't see any issue since the Bonus$aver Account is a current account.

mine scb priority VI, dont need to ask for waiver. The system never charge me for 10y+, keep the VI just for the free priority pass. If you dont have citi prestige, this VI provide 1+1 priority pass for lounge access, quite good

Sounds cool to get the annual fee for the scb priority VI permanently waived and to get the free priority pass.

May I ask how much you use the scb priority credit card? I'd love to get a free credit card with 24 yearly priority pass visits, but for earning miles there are much better cards around and I wouldn't want to use the scb card a lot.

What is the best way of utilising the 300k during this 3 to 4 months period? Just leave it in the e$aver account?

It depend on your RM. Otherwise bank will do clean up every year.
