Nobody can help you, if you have trouble understanding what the permission is for. There’s a difference between permission to see the doctor and permission to leave the house.

Actually it shouldn’t even be a permission, but rather a FYI, informing them that you are going to see the doctor at IMH. They can not prevent you for seeing the doctor, but they can make it difficult for you to see your doctor by making you jump through the hoops like see MO first etc etc.

Well, also can’t help it if you choose to have issues understanding why that person got points.

That doesn’t mean I’m protected, but rather reasonable people understands that I’m not the problem, but the person who gave feedback is the problem.

Giving feedback about someone else doesn’t mean someone else is the problem. Maybe the person giving the feedback is the problem.

He doesn’t need to listen to me. But he also must take into consideration that if he listens to you and get into trouble, he cannot hold you accountable.

They just want me to go back to tekong so they can scold me and find ways to punish me I'm really afraid and traumatised by tekong now that's why I want to visit my doctor each time my mc ends as no one in tekong believes me they think I'm just joking and they always say it's okay just dont think of anything

I just want to know how should I inform my sect com that I'm going to see a doctor at imh because as of now I'm not comfortable going back to tekong at all going back now just makes me want to hurt myself and die that's why I'm seeking help here from all of you not only to help myself for my depression also I want to prepare myself and get ready to go back too that's why I'm asking how do I inform them if I want to see a doctor without getting scolded I hope you guys can understand
