So you know the reason la.
Then as long as MO day all are legit, what can your superior do?
You go ask MO endorse all your MCs lor.
So in the end they cannot do anything because it's legit MC with doctors signature and clinic stamp right?

What's that?
Did you declare all these during pre enlistment checkup?
Targeted lor.

Damn sian...
Dunno leh can sounds like only you got yourself to blame, based on whatever you have said here.
They can do a lot of things. They can charge you with anything they want, even for things you did not do. But is on you to make sure that you don’t get convicted for it.
Same here, i also don't know. Because Most of the MC are from SAF doctor. And they're charging me awol from January 19th which is on the saturday??
What can i actual do? Plead with them or?
I have proven Asthma problem that is still active even before entering NS, Mental health like depression and anxiety, also proven by my physiatrist. Broke my right arm but that was last year and intestinal bleeding. This year itself around 19 MCs.
I don’t think NSF is subjected to the same MC quota as a typical employee.is it because u have 19 MC.... exceeded the year quota( if there is such thing)
but if u are genuinely sick, you shouldn't be afraid. show your evidence, even there is a punishment, it wouldn't be too serious.
else there is always your friendly neighborhood MP to look for.....

But ya, agree with you.
If you TS did no wrong, he shouldn’t be worried. But seems like he might have.
But at the same time, i know it sounds dumb to ask again but if it's already past MC, they can still cancel it? Even tho ive come down to send my MC down and have it endorse?
So in the end they cannot do anything because it's legit MC with doctors signature and clinic stamp right?
Maybe you did not submit your MC on time and did not inform your unit which is the reason why you charge AWOL.
For example, your unit know about your 1st MC (from 1 to 10 Mar 2019) and you have pass the MC to your unit on 11 Mar 2019. On the same time, you tell your unit that you will visit a Doctor now. Then you get 2nd MC (from 11 Mar to 19 Mar 2019) but did not update your MC status to your unit. So you turn up on 20 Mar to submit your 2nd MC (from 11 Mar to 19 Mar 2019) and your unit say they are going to charge you for AWOL. So most likely AWOL is for 11 Mar to 19 Mar 2019 because you fail to inform your unit your MC status.

do you think your superior is lurking in his forum to reply you why he/she did what he/she did?Dude, ive already said that hospitals have already proven that i'm immunely weak hence why they usually give me 3 days to a week MC . Im not scared because i did something, im quite interested in knowing as of why are they suddenly rejecting all of the consumed MC ive taken.
