If families got car, at least there are 2 levels of basement parking. The ratio should be better than CG

Approx. 80% 2nd timer for the first 450 number. The 30% set aside should be fully taken up on booking day.

30% only 192 units. 80% of 450 is 360.

2nd timers are the ones with the financial muscle to easily absorb the prices without too much concern on interest rates.

2nd timer units should likely be almost snatched up by queue num 450. 50% take up rate already 180.

Any property agent out there can project tenet pricing? The land bid price is 54psf more expensive den copen grand. But in terms of quality CDL tends to be much better den Qingjian.

I’m not a property agent but those expressway facing units will likely be slightly cheaper than Copen Grand. Those not expressway facing will be more expensive.

Likely 12xx psf for expressway facing & 14xx psf for non expressway facing.
Average psf likely around 1400psf.
