Like what I said in the past, 73% sold out means developer can actually price higher, after all developers are given 5 years to sell.

Benoi area ma…it’s a matter of getting used to it. Usually u work in west will have company bus pick up from mrt around west side one. Lol

4 bedder $8k
5 bedder $6k
Top floor $10k

Two things I don't like about CG are the units' view and the carpark. CG is surrounded by HDB flats so the units' view is either looking at HDB flats or looking at your CG neighbors.
