Crashed Thumbdrive Solution??

Hi All,

Need some advice, my sandisk thumbdrive died on me recently. Brought it to Sim Lim for data recovery but all shops cannot recover after doing a scan, saying most likely the chip is damaged.

One shop offer to send to some recovery lab for me, 100% can recover but cost will be minimum $500.

Is that my only choice or is there anyone that have solution to my problem?
Would appreciate your help as there are some important work-related document.

Flash drive undetected = gg no re

It's worth trying to operate it under colder or hotter temperature though. Try colder first.

Use recuva (free). If cannot then move on with life and learn to backup
