I used to be the only person to edit the list. After a while, I allowed some people to edit. However, it seems more convenient for everybody to be able to contribute so I opened up the list for everyone eventually.

i see.. pros and cons. but when opened up to everyone, no control.

anyway, i just updated the MCC sheet for Yamakawa Super.

Yamakawa Super is under "MCC 5411 Grocery Stores, Supermarket".

yup. i used DBS Altitude VISA for this transaction and checked with DBS the MCC.

Citibank and DBS very easy to check. Just send an email via internet banking to ask the MCC and the CSO will reply. DBS will reply in one day.

Just added another one merchant MMMM. Its MCC is "5422 Freezer and Locker Meat Provisioners" and will not get additional 7.75% rebate for Citibank Cash Back credit card. So, I think will not get 5% on BOC Family as well

I've actually not tried before, but seems like these are the steps according to https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2409045?hl=en:

Google Docs

Go to drive.google.com.
Open a Google file (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings).
In the toolbar at the top, click File.
Click See revision history.
Choose a version in the right panel to see changes. The color of the revised text will match the person who made the edits.
Click Restore this revision to replace the current version.

Note: Google Forms does not have revision history.

The tricky part then comes in identifying which version has the HSBC tabs and considering whether there are any subsequent updates that might be lost.

Actually, since it's free-access, anyone can restore the info using the steps you've listed.

Instead of rewinding all the way, I've created another HSBC tab and pasted the info from a 10 Oct revision (that seems to be when it was removed).

I'll leave it to other Good Samaritans to figure out niceties like formatting...

Spreadsheet seems fine now. Actually, managed to find a line saying 'Shopee.sg app, YES, Works as of 30/9/16 for visa and mastercard' for Citi Rewards.

Hi all,

I have tried to collate the MCCs and award of points/rebates (including bonus points/rebates) in the above google sheet.

I have kept the sheets protected to make sure there is a vetting process.

Do let me know if there is any comments to improve data captured and also if you want to contribute. I am slowly adding some of my actual transactions into this Google Sheet.

lets see how far this goes.
