You get 1 points per $5 spend which will appear at the end of your statement every month. The other 9x points are given base on spending in a calendar month on the 15th of the next month.

Your march statement will state the points you got for normal 1x rate from previous statement date to current statement date and also the 9x points for the calendar month of Feb. So you can have points from 2 statement period which is why so many of you find it confusing, I have no problems with mine down to exact point because I understand the way its calculated.

I guess the reason why I calculated lesser is cause I calculate based on per transaction amount and not the statement amount. I remember DBS explained to me before but I have yet to change my spreadsheet formulas hehe...

I just made my own investigation...

It appears that :

Current Statement :

** Total Awarded Points = Statement's Transactions $5 : 1 point + Previous Calendar Month's 9X Bonus points which is based on :

Total Transactions Amount / 5 * 9

However most of the statements are correct except these particular Statements :

Instance 1: Statement Date : 14-07-14
Bonus points -- 1348 which is awarded for 14-05-14 Statement: (Happens to be Calendar Month transactions)
1x Points
Hutchison Priceline -- online airticket 05-05-14 $665.80
133
Vbox Starhub 06-05-14 $39.74

I computed the total 9X bonus for these 2 transactions : 1269 or 1270 based on $705.50 Total


Instance 2 : Refund on Victoria Secret (no matter how I computed, it should not still have 58 -- 9x bonus points awarded)
Statement Date : 18-09-14 -- I called CSO to change the Statement date for easier computation

VS Refund 06-09-14 $(78.45)

(Had also 2 Aug Transactions in the list but those are correct for Calender Month Aug 9X bonus points)

So I'm really confused... this Sep month points should be negative as a clawback since its a refund for VS....



Not sure if anyone has any inkling what is happening.. haha

Other months' points, all is correct except these 2.

Didn't find HDB in the reference table. Online payment of HDB season parking by UOB preferred visa got 10X or not?

I notice an entry of mine was missing, must have been accidentally deleted by someone. Not sure if there are any others. When deleting or adding an entry, careful not to edit the entire row.

So please be careful when editing/viewing the list. The number of entries should be increasing not decreasing.

Actually, it does.

Only thing is that in this case, with so many editors, it's going to be difficult to notice such changes. By the time you realise it, many other changes would have been made.

(Though I guess maybe you can look at revision history and copy/paste the missing info?)

It seems on May 26th when the spreadsheet was edited the top fields of the UOB Preferred Platinum Visa column went missing. Do be careful when editing.

Not sure if any changes affected the formatting/permissions of the spreadsheet after the upgrade by google. I've granted permissions to access the spreadsheet to those that requested it.

Yeah I'm not sure what happened, it seems after the google sheets got updated, nobody can view it without logging in. Maybe they don't allow anonymous viewing anymore... Received lots of requests today, just finished approving them.

EZ Reload is not online. EZlink Top and Tap is and based on the table it is eligible for 10x points

I try top and tap when i input card number and then connected to EZ Link server (processing top up request), when it reach 100% always said Top Up Request aborted (failed to reach server)

Is the error on my side or on EZ Link server ?

Same error for me, think error with the EZlink side
