From the bill, is there anyway to determine which transactions got the 5x points for clear

dun think so. monitor the points in ur IB after the transaction is being posted.

month season $65 and today checked only 65 points given. Next to try will
be "StarHub bill online portal payment".

My recent xiaomi3 purchase direct from website didn't award me 10X with UOB PPV. Filing dispute in progress with them!

Could it be because of paypal checkout?

I'm assuming you're referring to DBS Woman's? Did you make the payment this month May or last month April?

i used OCBC Frank card, no 6% for online season parking renewal with URA.
however, for DBS Woman's card, I did receive 10x rewards points.

Same issue that i have. Will just use my Citi Rewards next time. UOB getting bad to worse!

It doesn't show. For me I monitor it with my own spreadsheet. Banks can make mistake sometimes.

Citi rewards - went to Q&M dental for check up. No 10X.

DBS Womans - bought a phone from Aliexpress. Received 10X.

I doubt you'll get 10x for dental on Citi Rewards haha...

DBS Woman have no issue with 10x for online spending, only exception we're seeing so far seems to be hotel bookings directly with the hotel (international chains). Other exceptions are like government related spendings.

It means Your Mile May Vary, it has been reported some people do get 10x while others didn't.
