UOB PRVI miles gives 4 times? Does that mean 4miles a dollar? I'm trying to find a good card to use at the electronic shops.
4 times is equivalent to 1.6 miles per $.

Tough one. Currently using Amex plat charge at HN millennia for 10+10. Really want to give up paying annual fee for this card but I do need a replacement for electronics.
Amex Platinum Charge card have some benefits right? Like auto SPG Gold status and bookings for Fine Hotel & Resorts (FHR). But if you have not much use of it then I guess you should drop it if the Annual fee is too high.
AMEX Platinum credit card will still get 10x points, think it's between 3 to 4 miles per dollar. Annual fee officially $300, but quite possible to waive.
Looks like Harvey Norman 10x participation is ending end of the year.
Platinum EXTRA Partner participation ends 31 Dec 2014
Only till year end though, have to see what happens after that.
Yes, they say that every year but HN still remained. I hope so they do because it's the only reason to keep the card. Spend 16k for 100k miles. Can't get better than that.

I'm plat w IHG and SPG so the hotel programs aren't so attractive. The auto Marco Polo status was attractive but now card members have to qualify for it at a lower requirement than normal.
The annual fee was within expectations until they raised it without giving more perks. But yes, until I find a card for the electronics, I'm stuck with Amex. Electronics normally cost quite a fair bit so it's a waste to use other cards with worse miles earning ratio.
My only comfort is that Amex CSOs are generally very good.
