Depends on whether he is stop-gap or permanent new boss. If building new Wrong Dynasty then must buy loyalty. If ish juz a seat warmer then juz collect the peanut pay and go off when the time cums.

If you all work as civil servant then you all will be getting the same perks. But how come nobody apply to join civil service?
