Anyone tried to book the "car rental" service via ctrip? Does it reliable? Planning to book car rental service for 8days in perth.

You can book train tickets using your passport and sg mobile number via Ctrip. Once payment is made, just print out the confirmation booking sent to your email, and proceed to train station to collect your tickets.

You can even cancel your booking as Long as you have not collected the tickets.

Seems like Ctrip in Singapore is quite limited in its offering, only hotel and train. The China website has a lot more things like tours and car rental. Anybody know if anyway we can book through China website? They request for China phone number.

How to i input the Last , and First name ?

Last name(Surname ) : Wong ?
First name : Cayden Tze Loong ?

The Ctrip also not very sure on this. They emphasis the name must be in same sequence with the passport name

But would like to ask the same question.

Trying to book train ticket on ctrip (on their chinese website).
So there is only one column to input your name, so if your passport name is "Tan Ah Gow", you can just key in the same on the website?
