At a purely psf basis some of the TC units are looking attractive compared to higher floor EOK. But EOK quantum is still better due to Harmonization and efficient layout. Maybe TC makes sense for 10+ year timeline own stay.

haha from URA property data portal. manually type in EOK, TC, GD, TG > Analysis > keep Variable same, data set 1 change to Project Name, data set 2 change to sale date MMM YYYY

I suppose 88 is cos URA is based on caveats lodged as of Friday, the data so not caveats + agency data. I do know all the agencies are connected, can see real time which unit issue OTP or sold, so the other 110-88=22 still in process of maybe finding lawyer etc (as suggested by someone previously)
