How to take 20399.30? Can only take out in hundreds...
One possible and quick way is to partial withdraw the bulk of it first (eg: $20300).

The remainder can spend it; or surrender(may take a few days?, since have to email them). Downside is probably may incur 2 * $0.70 fee.

One question, is it confirmed that there is no fall-below fee for EasyEarn balance below $2k (the FAQs did not state any fall-below penalty). This is because for Elastiq, there is a $5 service fee for balance below $5k.

For those who have surrendered your policy to fully withdraw the cash, how long did the process take?

So after 1 year, the new rate is 1.2%
Does anyone know how long this rate will sustain? or do they announce it?

any update on the rate after 1st year if any changes? as the guaranteed rate is stated 0% after first year despite current rate of 1.2 or 1.5%

just checked my app today and it's showing 0% but there's $10+ floating interest (my policy monthly cutoff date is midmth)

Have you try to click and check under Transaction History?
