I think you can try to surrender and they will show you the fees before you confirm.

that's what happened when I surrendered the gigantic (also under etiqa).

but the singtel dash app might be different.. try it out?

I think better not to surrender. Just pay the fee. There are no many options out there that pay 1.2%. There is Dash PET for 10k, Singlife for 10k and this Dash Easyearn.

My dash account got terminated due to too many incorrect pins and now I can't access my dash easyearn. CS say I need to create new dash account and inform etiqa to link the 2 accounts. Not sure if this is the best way. Did anyone experience this?

How do you surrender the policy or withdraw all the amount including the floating interest. Couldn’t seem to find any option except to withdraw but can’t withdraw full amount.

It just shows the contact and email and operating hours. Dash PET has the surrender policy options.

Hi, anyone face problem when top up dash easy earn? The only top up method in Singtel dash app is via eNETS. I tried top up but every time when it wants to direct to the ibanking login page, it will stop and error message We have detected that you have closed the transaction window. Then when i want to top up again You have a transaction with pending payment status. ... Click on 'Grow Money' in 15 minutes for status update. I waited and tried again. But error message We have detected that you have closed the transaction window repeats again. I uninstalled and retried a few days later also no use. Whatsapp Singtel Dash and they said they will look into it.

Is it because of pop up blocker in your web browser? I remember having to disable it before I can continue.

Thank you for your advice. I turned off my chrome browser pop up blocker but it still did not work. I even used another mobile phone to login and top up but failed.

Surprisingly, I remembered i used to have issue with Singtel 5g wifi network when i tried paying handphone bill via laptop. I switched my phone to mobile data and voila able to top up my singtel dash easy earn.

Strange, my balance has 20k but my maximum withdrawal limit is $0. When I try to key in any number for withdrawal it says I need minimum account to keep active.

The money wouldn’t come out in time to switch if you do a surrender. withdrawal is ok but you can withdraw in full.

Are you planning to switch to astrea 7 or ssb?

For EasyEarn, the surrender method is to email to Etiqa(as per the app's instruction). So it could take a few days?

Would like to know what info. needs to be stated in the email? It seems abit informal to do surrendering in an email format/method. Anyone with experience surrendering Easyearn?
