For EasyEarn, the surrender method is to email to Etiqa(as per the app's instruction). So it could take a few days?

Would like to know what info. needs to be stated in the email? It seems abit informal to do surrendering in an email format/method. Anyone with experience surrendering Easyearn?
WhatsApp them, they will send you email to confirm stuff

yeah.. we're just a miniscule minority of the big pie of customers of Etiqa. what makes you think "everyone is withdrawing"?

I still have this easyearn (1.2%) and also eEasy save V (2.68%) with them... might surrender easyearn soon as well to park elsewhere.

Anyone partially withdrew from Dash EasyEarn via PayNow instead of closing the account? Is the withdrawal instantaneous?

Since SSB allocation is likely to be low, might keep this for the time being. Can just withdraw most of it and put back any refunds from SSB

paynow should be almost instant. but note that somehow the withdrawal is unavailable like towards end of the day
