I am aware of the 12-month period - "If you wish to make a full withdrawal, you will need to request to surrender your policy. Please note that once your policy is surrendered, the add-on protection tagged to your policy will also be terminated and you may not make another purchase of this policy within a 12-month period.".

I am trying to understand what urban_desire means because the above people are asking about the withdrawal of $30,000 which requires 10 months through withdrawal mean.
Dash Pet > Withdraw to Dash Wallet > Withdraw to PayNow

Dash Wallet monthly withdrawal limit to PayNow is $3k monthly. it makes little sense to do so over 10 months, just pay the fee to withdraw if one wants to withdraw most of the fund and park it elsewhere to have better yield at 1 shot. the fee would be easily covered by better interest elsewhere.

Do you mean which of the following:
  1. Withdraw $3,000 every month manually and left $50 inside your account
  2. Surrender your policy but still able to leave $50 inside your account
Paid the paynow fees to withdraw and left 50 balance inside account.

Mine has updated to 0.7%, I still have $18 in the floating interest, can I close the account immediately or should I wait for the flouting interest to deposit on 1 May first? Thanks.

I think you can close immediately and collect the floating interest. in the app when you apply to surrender, they will show the nett amount you will collect, after deducting the 70 cents.

Anyone who closed their account know how long it takes for the money to reach the bank?

t-bills may be getting more yield now but they're still not as liquid unless you're able to sell immediately in secondary market if my understanding is correct. also not sure whether it may be at a loss if sold before maturity..?

dash pet on the other hand.. you can surrender and get back the money (minus 70 cents) immediately via paynow.

is new dash pet promo still 1.7%? it's not bad actually.

I see max 1.5% https://dash.com.sg/dashpet
My dash pet reaches 1 year next month, can I close it once next month and open a new one for 1.5% again?

see re-purchase under T&Cs in the link
thank you

Re-purchase within the same Portfolio is not allowed once you cancelled/free look/surrendered your policy. You may submit a new application after a 12-month freeze period, subjected to the updated policy acceptance terms (if any). For full details, please refer to Eligibility Rule available at https://www.tiq.com.sg/Eligibility-rules.pdf.
