I whatsapps Etiqa and they sent me an email to confirm that i want to surrender etc. Need a week or 2 to process.

can we Whatsapp them before the date, since it need 1-2 week time

Surrendering your policy is immediate..

From their FAQ:
You can make a request via Dash app to surrender policy. It will be processed instantly and the funds will be transferred into their Dash wallet (up to individual wallet limit) or Bank account (70 cents fee will apply).

No need to whatsapp them or email whatsoever. Just do it directly via the app.

anyone having issue with the dashpet app on IOS ?

was trying to confirm the interest rate for dashpet..
used to be 1.7% for first 10k then 1.2% for 10 to 30k.

last I knew was it dropped to 0,7%, but just saw the website putting as 1.3% for first 10k....what exactly is the rate now? even the website is confusing and put up to 1.5%..

**Edited. Mine policy is EasyEarn. Sorry for the confusion. 'Pet' might be able to surrender using the apps. My bad.

Dash easyearn also can surrender via app exactly like dash pet, isn't it?

For other etiqa products like Elastiq, will have to contact them.

Wait for the morning? Sometimes maintenance over the weekend which isn’t uncommon unless you have never realised that’s usually the case for many services.

• First S$10,000: 1.3% p.a. for the first year
• Above S$10,000: 0.3% p.a. for the first year

Additional 0.2% p.a. on your first 10k for the first year if you activate the free protection plan but it will be charged from 2nd year onwards.

if not wrong this is for another tranche. not the initial 1. initial 1 is higher
