You can also WhatsApp to etiqa for assistance if encounter issue
Thanks, I called them.

Etiqua said system issue, unable to surrender policy via APP.

Go by manual surrender. Account value will credit via PayNow NRIC within 5 work days.

Think they have cash flow issue. I also cannot surrender via app when from day 1 they indicate can surrender by app.

Could be. Last week when I paid $0.70 to transfer out 20k, got stuck also. Next day then received.

Checked the app and it indicate 70cent transaction fee via paynow mobile number. How to do it FOC?
Paynow Mobile number no FOC, is 70c

FOC way is DashPet > e-Wallet > bank account. Per month transfer limit is 3K.
Can call DASH to check if limit still 3K

No fee deducted for surrender

Manual surrender -- Payment via PayNow NRIC or to bank account is FOC

This method FOC

https://dash.com.sg/faqs/Top-up
The maximum top-up amount using credit/ debit card is S$500 per month. There is no limit to top-up from bank accounts (via eNETS) or PayNow. The maximum wallet limit for Dash at any point in time is up to S$3,000. The daily top-up limit is S$2,000 and monthly top-up limit is S$10,000.

So this mean w\d PET to DASH ewallet is 3k per day?

In that case, i w\d 3k from pet into ewallet, send to paynow...

U wanna pay also no such option to surrender. Only can go thru email.
I paid to transfer out all my funds via Paynow mobile, left behind min $1 and few cents. Then surrendered policy via e-mail. Got all my funds within 1 work day not instantly because Etiqua system got issues.
