Just closed my dash pet account, transferred to wallet then paynow to bank account..

so I am stuck with waiting for them to email me the surrender request...

quite dumb for them to implement only Paynow, should minimally have bank transfer

Huh? Mobile or NRIC? Am confused
I have always refer to as Paynow to mobile# ah..
the app only can do paynow to mobile#, somehow they are using the number registered in singpass for the paynow.

You said cannot paynow to mobile. someone mentioned can only paynow to NRIC.

paynow don't really have anything to do with singpass.

You can go to your preferred bank, login to their Ibanking, and set your mobile and also your NRIC for receiving paynow transaction.

the mobile and nric registration for paynow can be to different banks.

so like i am confused as to why you are facing any issue when you can also do NRIC.

1) this is my assumption too. but no, what you can edit is only for show, but backend they are using singpass "Myinfo" data.
2) for the app, when you surrender, they can only do paynow to mobile (cannot change the number), or transfer to dash wallet. no other option or setting provided.

wait wait. do you mean for DASH PET case? cause it is not an assumption that when you set up paynow.

you can set up both NRIC and mobile number. in fact you can set up paynow for multiple phone numbers.

Just surrendered, no issues.

Amount received via paynow within seconds.

put it simply, I have 2 mobile number, the one at myinfo is for official matters
for paynow, I am using my social number

1 IC can only tag 1 mobile number for paynow.

oh yes of course. but u can always register the 1 tagged to singpass to another bank account for paynow anyway.

seems to have issue withdrawing from dash wallet. What's the limit for it?

Saw somewhere that it's $3000 per month for verified accounts, not sure if still valid,
thanks. no wonder i cant seem to withdraw via dash wallet. seems like the error msg should've been clearer.

Can I check if I surrender the dash pet policy, would I get the floating interest?
