the app only can do paynow to mobile#, somehow they are using the number registered in singpass for the paynow.

paynow don't really have anything to do with singpass.
You can go to your preferred bank, login to their Ibanking, and set your mobile and also your NRIC for receiving paynow transaction.
the mobile and nric registration for paynow can be to different banks.
so like i am confused as to why you are facing any issue when you can also do NRIC.
