how do u even know whether they're emotionally unavailable or not until they start catching feelings? coz thats only when their avoidant & narcissistic behavior like avoiding probs, ghosting, fading etc starts to happen. other than that they look normal on the outside. in fact to friends & family they're v nice one coz most of them hv a people pleasing facade.

Erm, don't look for them in the wrong places? Think some through normal daily interaction, not with any agenda, can more or less see the person bah.

Although many, if not most tend put on a facade, so called outside face when go out. But certain basic behaviour and mannerism, through regular interaction cannot hide one. That is, for most normal people.

its not so easy one. for eg if ur a giver u wont meet ppl who're equally giving. instead u meet the takers esp if u dont hv boundaries and yet also glass hearted + egoistic. im taking the steps to heal myself esp my issue with low self esteem so im alot better.
