When you switched fund before or on the 12th month, do you redeem it or simply set the deduction to zero to pause it while starting on a new one for the purpose of getting multiplier interest?
After the 12th deduction. Suggest to wait till after the preferential interest is credited by the 7th business day of the following month (reflected on the day after), then you cancel that RSP. you don't have to redeem it at that point of time.

Then at the same time you set up the new RSP of the new fund so that on the 15th it will deduct and count for that month.

e.g. deduct 12th time on 15 Oct. Cancel on 9 Nov (assuming 7 biz day after), reflected on 10 Nov.

Then u cancel on the 10 Nov, then sign up for new RSP on the same day.

For the redemption, if you plan to reuse the same fund u need to redeem the leftover units at least 6 months before u re-set it up.

Are there any MMF on DBS Invest-Saver? Might as well DCA inside - interest rates so bad now that MMF might be worth.

there are only 4 funds under Posb Investsaver, none of them is MMF

There are more than 4 funds.

There are also unit trust. I believe some are MMF like those Fullerton cash funds.

The 4 funds u r talking about is just ETFs.

Fullerton Cash fund is MMF. But AFAIK DBS doesn't carry that. They only carry the fixed income ones ( e.g. fullerton sgd income)

I see ok.

But there are more than 4 funds under invest saver. Which was the point of that post of mine.
