Previously using app was much easier to scroll up and down to look for older posts. Now app no longer working.

Now I see a few posts, need to click previous to see more. And my fat finger keep pressing first page then have to start over again.

Can I check, last year buy insurance in June, interest start clocking in July. So this year, is June my final month of interest or is it July? If it’s June, then I need to buy in may and if it’s July, I need to buy in June?

Your insurance started getting counted July 2020 onwards. Hence, June 2021 will be the 12th i.e. last month. So, you need the new plan to start getting counted in July 2021, so you will need to buy it in June 2021.

Assuming you bought the RSP before 15 July 2020, it was counted July 2020 onwards. Hence June 2021 will the last month that it will be counted for. So you need the new RSP to count July 2021 onwards, and can buy it in the first half of July 2021.

Check back your monthly statements to see when the deduction started. Or you can check the bank and earn summary in the digibank app.

Either you trace back your transaction history, or you use the mobile app’s bank and earn summary. It will list how many times out of 12

I used the mobile app , Bank & earn summuary.

Base on Mar (last month), my investment and insurance are 10/12.

So this month will likely be 11/12.

May wil be the final month to enjoy the 12/12?

Insurance is one month late.

best is to confirm with bank. In order to avoid issue

For last few days upto yesterday was stuck at 22 Apr. But now updated to 26 Apr and my first RSP is reflected.
