Hi multiplier users, are CardUp transactions charged to posb everyday card considered as eligible card spend?

so can I get some confirmation from anyone here who has used the posb everyday card with Cardup and qualified as eligible spend?

not just based on what is not eligible. want to be sure, so asking those who have actually done it before.

think you need to differentiate between card benefit and multiplier transaction recognition.

there can be transactions that don't get card benefits, but recognise for multiplier

I'm not interested in the card benefits, just want to ensure the card spend is eligible for multiplier. so what are card spends that aren't eligible for multiplier? None?

So, I can use the card to pay for government services and it'll still be eligible for multiplier interest...?

What are the eligible credit card transactions?

Only posted retail and cash advance transactions will be recognised as eligible credit card spend. Balance transfers, instalment payment plans, preferred payment plans, and any fees/ charges imposed by the bank are not eligible.
Example:
30 Aug: Credit card spend is made at a merchant.
1 Sep: Transaction is posted to your credit card account.
This transaction is therefore recognised under September’s credit card spend (not August).

according to what they have said

based on what some have shared, no need to even use CardUp.. can directly pay using the everyday card for my insurance premium and still be eligible for multiplier under card spend?

previously used CardUp with UOB cos they don't recognise insurance payment as eligible transaction...

Wah, first time annual fee waiver for POSB Everyday rejected by DBS. Luckily I still have Live Fresh card to clock credit card spending for Multiplier acc.

cause 2 different criteria.

You can always test spending with a few bucks to check
