The best was when they did lock in for 6 months, don't have to go down so often.I'll wait for 1 Sep... to lock for full 3 months, albeit the rate will likely drop further. Quite tired of running to the bank every other month.
Hopefully it'll still continue lah. and don't drop drastically...![]()
4 months at 1.58% as of today, tnc posted in the other thread too.hello - any idea what is the latest casa rate?
Ya, it's not about the promotional but the long term rates. This time, it will not work!
DBS just increased interest rates for new accounts!

Tbh, previously when they raise to headline of 4.1% it’s not as high as others. And their hoops also not the most straight forward.I think DBS needs to cut their multiplier account interest soon.
Yup. But I am not expecting them to cut as drastically as OCBC or UOB. Just probably another 50bps up to 1pp to keep their top line earnings ahead of the other 2 banks.so I think they can actually afford to drag it out longer and even if cut may also not cut as drastic as others given they don’t have that big of a headroom as others to do so
I need to have Multiplier and I am using it. But I have equally as large of a DBS share holdings. You should keep yourself updated on their business strategy before you make any comments, even if you dun have multiplier!![]()
Don’t worry only a few savvy ones here knows how to optimise/game/milk multiplier acct.Yup. But I am not expecting them to cut as drastically as OCBC or UOB. Just probably another 50bps up to 1pp to keep their top line earnings ahead of the other 2 banks.
Currently, DBS loans to deposits are still maintaining the same level. But the problem comes when deposit rates remained high when loan rates are dropping.

Wow.. you must be very rich from DBS stockAnyway, not here to argue or anything. I may be biased to want the best of both worlds. Good interest in multiplier but better performance for the DBS stock.
Ehhh did you satisfy the multiplier criterias? The multiplier interest is credited every monthhi - my first time doing casa in Jun.
I noticed that my multiplier had like $2 interest credited to me only for the last few months and I am assuming that this is because the 100k is locked up, is it right that now that the CASA is over and the 100k has come back, I will get the total multiplier + casa interest together for Jun/Jul/Aug coming in together? Will it be happening on the 7th of sept? Or when will it come?
Seems like you didn’t stratify the criteria.hi - my first time doing casa in Jun.

Chill first.?? OMG - it's showing 4.1% on my first 100k last month....but i don't get any interest on the 100k. i have like 3k in my multiplier which is not lock and i seem to only get interest for the 3kl...have to call in to dispute?
how to apply for CASA? can't seem to do this with DBS online bankingYou may consider current casa which is 1.68%, ending 31 Aug. Next month cfm trending down and not sure if there's promo for casa
