Thank you for your reply, @royalmix
For Jan 2026, I think I can only qualify the Income+2 cat (credit card spend + invest) for $100k at 2.1%. The balance $50k (earmarked under current casa promo) will be earning just 0.05%.
1. ABF Singapore Bond Index - SGD - Ydis - Cash (A35) or
2. Amova SGD Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index ETF - SGD - Ydis – Cash (MBH)
Entering $100 for monthly investment amount?
My RM had recommended using digiportfolio > Saveup portfolio
The minimum amount is $100 and management fee is 0.25%
But aside from MBH and A35, I'm not familiar with the funds that are listed there, so I’m unsure which to select. Someone also did mention digiportfolio is more costly although my RM said it’s cheaper $0.25 versus $0.50.
Also, from what I read here, one would sell once the $100 trade settles so that the $100 can be reinvested in the following month. Would this buy and sell optimise returns?
If I bring it in Nov, should I add the casa promo if one is available, considering that I already have $150k under the current 4 month casa where only $100k will be earning the multiplier interest in Jan 2026? The remaining $50k will only be earning 0.05%. So, if I add the casa promo in Nov, it will only purely be for the casa rate. It will not be eligible for the multiplier interest in Jan 2026.
Since I can’t qualify the Income+3 cat for Oct, I can only hope for 2.8+1.38=4.18 for Nov and Dec.DevilPlate is right! Be contented with what you can do/achieve, cost effectively, to earn the best interest you can achieve!
You already meet Income+credit card, so you just need 2 more cat. Prioritise what you should do now to optimise your benefits:
1. Focus on Income+3 cat to earn extra interest from Treasures
2. You already meet the lowest tier at 2.4%, apply casa will boost your interest by another 1.38% (total 2.8+1.38 =4.18%, already unbeatable!).

Can I check if the RSP is done via Banking > Invest > Unit Trust where I purchase either:3. Investment - just do rsp, apply before 15th, it only cost you 50c

I will also have to apply another 5k endowment plan next month to quality for Dec. So, do everyone do this every month? If so, that will be 60k per year and over 3 years, that will be 180k in endowments before seeing any funds returning back. Isn’t that a heavy commitment?4. Apply endowment plan - 5k, if you prefer lower cost protectfirst - you will qualify for Nov
I actually have the 50k now. I didn’t bring it in because I couldn’t hit the 3 categories this month.Get all these done to secure it first. If u can, topup another 50k and add casa next mth if available, to optimise your returns.

Thank you for your kind guidance.Bear in mind that whatever you do must be cost-effective, otherwise it really defeats the objective of forcing yourself to join last minute without proper thinking/planning!
Goodluck!
