why need to ask so much? as some said, big business or small business is subjective to the RM…
some are helpful, some are chill max…
if cannot do it remotely, then just flash the treasures card for priority queue… or for peasants like me, go during lunch as i shared earlier…

sure. at the end of the day it's about time and effort. how much time they want to invest in each relationship. if you are in their shoes i am sure you will do the same.
also interesting that you choose the RM which supposedly you would know that person, but yet this person ignore you.

When i was under DBS Treasures, i was able get my RM via WA in helping me earmark Casa.
i guess its not a obligatory banking service with RM as she initially told me that Casa gating is a branch service & advised me to head down branch (no idea if its just a polite excuse to decline)
after a friendly second "nudge" on Casa earmarking, she initiated by arranging her assistant RM to do the earmark via phonecall for me
now im out of the Treasures, i just used Treasures card to get priority queue and done my Casa in <5mins (~20mins wait with 2 other priority pax infront)
with the new 1year casa, i dont see any good reason not to take it up over 3mths as long as one is with Multiplier 100k
+ no more heading down branch every 2-3mths
+ no downtime for the daily 1.5%+ interests whenever 2-3mth mature
+ 1.785% EIR vs 1.5%
the problem with the 3mth Casa is that there is a huge lesser financially literate crowd doing casa with basic passbook savings etc... and the whole lot of them will be there at the branch during the same maturity period of each quarterly casa & asking many qns prolonging the queue

don't quite understand what you just said - you mean you have an assigned RM but ask another RM instead (the name you obtained from another forumer) to assist you in Casa signup?

Top up is compared against sep end balance right like dbs treasure promo. Cant for dbsm 100k if locked in in sep unless got work around.

I stated earlier i got the name fr another forumer who help him registerd for casa.
I think i have answered enough about rms. I will not be answering anymore on my rm. Lets not distract this forum on dbs multiplier.
