DBS digiportfolio

I dropped the Asia lvl 4 portfolio. Its current form doesn't look asia, its just 4 singapore etf, 2 china etf and 1 india etf.
Still keeping the global lvl 4 portfolio though.

I terminated my digiportfolio when I watched this video and then Dan’s video. Quite lucky I miss the deep crash. Actually you can DIY your self to save money. It is best to know what you are investing in rather than trusting your financial advisers and invest in a “black box”

The problem is lots of time to research.
Robo Advisor should do all these work. That is why we are paying them.

If you don’t know what they are investing, I think you shouldn’t invest. There is no short cut one. You need to know what you are investing in. Else ppl make recommend you funny instruments then you will lose money

For me, all is well until the war. It was up 7% and then to -0.3% which I exited.

actually their asia portfolio is doing ok considered the sell off in China. If not for allocation into India and STI, it would have done a lot worse.

StashAway should really close shop or rebrand after this. I don't think people will ever forget how they tried to justify holding onto China a few weeks ago, only to sell their entire position just before a rebound.

You mean like syfe with their ARI portfolio? After they sold equities and bought bonds right at the bottom of covid?

Yea syfe managed to worm out of their sh1tty risk based portfolios really well. And now so many clueless people actually recommend their equity 100.

They even have the cheek to call themselves a passive investor and have a dig at stashaway. I think stashaway is a bit more honest.

i come into here to read about dbs, eeeeeeeeeee, ended up i felt the recent trend is to f**k the other competitors?

I am still holding SYFE, but since yrs ago, i dont hold the ARI Syfe pf at all
i dont find ARI fascinating at all , it is gd that they changed eventually based on the article by invesmt moats! Congrats!

DBS is one of the "lousiest" which i wont evn Shortlist (compared to the other robos which we r spoilt by choice) in the very first place, though i dont know when exactly u started with them & when u exit........

it is my mistake to take up DBS Digiportfolio. In addition to the two times currency conversion - SGD to USD and then USD back to SGD, which is at the expenses of investors in my opinion.

Looking to switch to other Robo.

Most Robo comparison sites only use the 3 syfe, stashaway and Endowus, I wonder why they don't even consider bank Robos for their comparison.

Asia portfolio is SGD. Global portfolio is USD.
