but why govt refuse to fine top management?
in China they direct attack top management and ban them for taking action on employees

Cause Singapore is not china just like china or any other countries is not Singapore.

DBS too complacent. Just look at OCBC. After the scam, they must have boost up their IT.

The 2 recent changes (lock money and online application of tbill) OCBC came up top in terms of design and speed of implemention.

Impressive given that their design was the most comprehensive and well thought through on customer needs and hence more complicated yet they managed to implement it well from the start.

I guess you have not been in the business of employing ppl hence you don’t realise that it’s not so easy to find good talents especially at the senior level.

n it might end up costing more.
