This is still new, so don't think anyone can be sure. But should be quite safe for m1/starhub/singtel bills, as no such exclusion for other cards for online purchases. Also no apparent exclusions for the card in the T&C.

The 6% rebate is based on calendar month spending, ie, the mininum monthly spending of $500 is based on calendar month spending.

Your statement date can be different.
