DBS must be too busy printing new cards to new applicants lar...completely forgotten to send SMS to existing card holders. let's all call in jam their lines.

DBS fail again on such "first XXX" credit card promo.
All I can say is it is not the first time. I had similar experience 2 mths ago liao.
Seems like nothing was done to improve. Enough said.
