Recently, anybody encountered issue when login dbs ibanking via web and didn't receive the mobile authentication notification?
Last time used to will received thenotification, i got tried open the apps but it prompt me the service is not available now.
The digital token, in fact i cant see the digital token in the apps. All along is like a notification, and tap to authenticate.Are you referring to SMS or Digital Token?
If SMS, just click on resend. For Digital Token, sometimes you need to restart the DBS bank application in order to make it work again.

In case you don't receive notification, just relaunch the app. It pulls the authentication alert for you right on the home screen in case you did a trigger of 2fa in last 1 minute.

I got launch the application myself, but still never receive any alert to authenticate. How can I revert back to SMS or physical token login
You need to contact the bank to clear the data to reset to the old methods. Just call them?
So far for my posb app, it is working fine. Otherwise, I just open the app on my phone and select digital token under the left TOP corner to generate OTP.
I noticed that those using DBS app like my brother has not asked the user to activate the mobile authentication yet.
I cant find the digital token function on left top corner, therefore I was unable to proceed the manual.
Ya. I encountered this also. Uninstall, reinstall. Login via mobile logout. Kill open again close again open again then it magically appear. Buggy apps
