Hi, recently i have issues with the DBS digital token after I reinstalled the app.
Try to enable the digital token on the app, app ask for login details, then goes to the homepage and nothing happens (still not enabled).
Anyone facing this issues, or is there any way to resolve it?
Anyway, luckily I still can access the internet banking using the SMS authentication method...
More and more frequent in the last month - DBS app not getting triggered to authenticate. Have to click "resend again" to get it working.
Sometimes their system might be just too busy. Gotta take a break and try again later.

I was unable to use physical token to login to DBS iBanking just now. Error was that I need to register my token, even though my last login with the toekn was earlier this week.
I selected SMS OTP, entered the OTP, also kena "rejected"
Anyone facing similar issues?

no problem for me using both SMS & Token OTP
have been using physical token mostly. have not switched to using the mobile token yet

hi, I got issue now
i think DBS rolling out some update, now asking me to register my digital token
for my wife's account which was already using digital token, cannot log in using SMS
I think need to update the mobile app
even the hotline number is engaged !
