DBS Mobile Notification authentication

I thought only me.

Last month, the app to authenticate will auto launch.

Now is must kill app, open digital token key in manually then can log in via desktop.

so cumbersome, might as well just log in via phone.

Not very helpful.

My one worst as I didnt see the digital token. When I launch my mobile app and try login desktop, mobile app will prompt me an error message this service is not available now .... :(:(:(

sorry for late reply, then how ah? did you call DBS?

Have the same issue as well..
Hopefully DBS / POSB will solve this

I try using live chat for help because my digital token not working.
It ask for my auth by using digital token!! WTF!!! :mad::mad::mad:

Dang. I got the prompt to switch too when i login to DBS i-banking website. Gave me 45 days countdown to stuff it up my a$$!

just changed to digital token last week and the function buggy like hell. the internet banking website more or less unusable because cannot get the app to prompt

they should include a function like SCB to generate offline pin in the event when the token is not working properly/no data/wifi.

They do have offline PIN generation. When the notification doesn't work, most of the time the offline PIN option disappears too. Sigh. The SCB and UOB ones work fine.

If I dun register digital token during the grace period, what is going to happen?

I am happy just using my physical token. I do not like to have everything to be Apps-based.

For SCB, the physical token cannot be used after the grace period, that means you must register the digital token for online banking.

If I dun register digital token during the grace period, what is going to happen?

I am happy just using my physical token. I do not like to have everything to be Apps-based.

Useless app. Doesn't send notification during login sometimes. Can't even get basic stuff working. This is a disgrace. No testing before launch?
