Hi guys, need some advice on one of my refund for DBS MCA. I have previously made an online purchase in USD and the exact amount was deducted from my MCA in USD without any currency conversion fee and admin fee. However when I am requesting for a refund later, DBS refund this amount back to my MCA in SGD, hence resulting in loss from currency conversion. Is this correct? Shouldn't DBS return the exact amount in USD back to my MCA account?
Contact dbs and try to dispute it
sometimes common sense isn't commonyes, I have already contacted DBS to dispute it and it takes some time for them to check. But shouldn't it be a straight foward case of just refunding in the same currency?
Have anyone encountered the same situation as mine?
