Actually Reddevil is correct. No matter you what race, first name = name, last name = surname la. Even Tan Ah Kao, Ah Kao Tan or 陈阿狗, Doggy Tan.
First Name: Ah Kao, 阿狗，Doggy
Last Name: Tan, 陈。

No such thing as using Chinese, then First Name： Chen， Last Name: ah Kao. I was working in China and all the Chinese know this theory.

International standard

Again you assume all the Chinese know this theory then sad to say still some dunno. International standard based on your interpretation perhaps but does not speak for every Chinese because after I contact Singlife the CSO say it is ok you are not the only one it will be a quick fix on their end. See so common problem flag to them that they know what to do

Yes we shouldn't be assuming anybody should know anything.

But what's for certain is, if one does not take responsibility in understanding what is the expected standard, and end up being inconvenienced, the person who didn't take responsibility in understanding has no one to blame other than oneself.

No one is saying a lot of things does not mean i cannot voice my opinion in the way I want in a respectful manner without going into personal attack.
