yes, but i find paying booking fee is too much, sometimes i prefer book scoot/jetstar in traveloka, they have discount code to offset the booking fee yet still get miles from online booking
Must use direct, unless your bank is running a promo for mobile payments.
If no promo, mobile payments will be considered similar to swiping at retail establishments.
you sure? DBS clarified before that use of android pay in a app is considered to be online.

FYI...if you have Citibank Rewards, they are giving 8x now for Lazada purchase till end of the year

I can clarify that you do not need to use android pay. Just use direct cc will do.
How is the points awarded? I currently have spending $18, $24 and $21, by right should have 12 points, but was only given 11 points. Does the additional points tag on the other 9x points on the next 16th of the month?

calculation is done as follows: DBS points = 'transaction amount' divided by 5, multiply by 10, after that round down to nearest whole number.
First, they removed the free text messaging system and force you to use their live chat.

Third, you think you are in luck when you finally got a human to reply you, and while you are in the midst of typing (they clearly know that since it would show as "... is typing"), they close the conversation channel and assume you are done. Last reply to you and closing the channel, all under a minute!! CSO April Diane, i know it's 12:02am already but i haven't finished talking leh. Anyhow close my channel cos you wanna knock off already? CSO where can be so rude one? But i thumbs up to you for being so "prompt" in "clearing" customer's queries..... and to DBS Bank, way to go yo!
Cross fingers: Hope that Citibank comes out with more 20x points promos for shopping online..... One can self service in verifying the credited points and don't have to be so poor thing talk to robots or see which CSO pity you then talk to you and doesn't chase you away.
