I'm guessing the statement date must be after 16th to see the 9x.

I usually just login to the DBS Rewards site after 16th to see the total points accumulated for the month before. As someone mentioned it looks like the calculation could be a bit more than 10x. Hence you may see more points that what is calculated.

For me, I see 128 points more than what I calculated everytime.

What is your statement date? Its just the 16th today so if your statement date is before 16th, you should not see the adjusted points.

Yeah should be able to see 9x for all Nov transactions maybe by afternoon (after 2pm?). Just checked the 9x isn't in yet.

hmm ok but than what is the adjustment of 564 pts for ? weird

Maybe it's the 9x of previous previous month? And the normal 1x transactions so far? Well, as long as it's equal or more than the amount calculated, we should be safe.

Hmm so the 9x points are now credited only on the 17th instead of 16th? Did anyone receive their 9x points today?

From TNC:

"The additional 9X DBS Points for online retail spend in a calendar month will be awarded on the 16th of the next calendar month. If the above days are not working days, the Points will be awarded on the next working day."

Oh well. Written black and white but what can we say....
