u can see it under "unbilled"
just to verify what cso told u is true u need to know your dbs points currently
for certain merchant - it will be posted on 30 Apr (point given on 16 May)
other after May (meaning points wil be given 16 June)

dbs cc has ony one date (transaction date) in its statement.

what newbie meant is that it doesnt matter the posting date for dbs woman card. as long as u transacted in 30 apr, it post in 20 may, it will still be counted as april calendar mth spending.

this is not my understanding all along though, but i nv test and verify. i all along thought is base on posting date. (meaning transaction 30 apr, post in 2 may means may calendar mth spending)

anyone can confirm pls?

Absolutely yes. I had some urgent big spend last Saturday (30/4) and I called the DBS CSO but they said the points awarding are based on transaction date not posting date. So if you are using "that" method to earn points, then u gotta wait till 1st of the month before you can transact.

actually not sure if thats true. My transactions that are transacted and posted on the 1st of the mth is still considered as the previous mth's statement.

Yes. It follows the transaction date. And it makes more sense for bank to use transaction than posting date.

Not sure abt woman's card, but dbs live fresh is based on posting date, so as most of other bank's card. This is becoz transaction can be charged then nv posted or later cancelled, so most bank uses post date..

So if u charge online on 30th April, the 1x points will be awarded in May but the 9X points will be posted on May 16th.

your 1x point will come in when it posted on your online banking unbilled transaction. the 9x point = total transaction (not per transaction) from previous calendar month (based on transaction date) and posted every 16th

it is a bit weird...I checked my May's estatement and found that the additional 9X points credited into the account only for March's bill.(I purchased the air ticket from ANA in Feb.)
and it is funny, the points are wrongly calculated. called the CS, they said need to check with their marketing first.
