Points are in for me as well. Quiet month so didn't charge up the full $2k but had the opportunity to do some testings.

Yes, 3600 DBS points in for me too. If 15th or 16th is Sunday or Monday, the points will be in on 17th.

Refunded $2000 for Expedia hotel bookings in April and made $4000 refundable Expedia hotel bookings in April, hence get full sum.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it's possible to get the beginning points balance unless you login to the site the day before and make a note of the number?

Then, you also have to take away the points that are given from your normal transactions that have been settled (appearing in the unbilled section on the same day as the bonus points day). Also take note of any other DBS cards, as spendings on those cards will also add points to this total number.

After which, obtain the transaction list (I'm lazy, I just copy & paste into Excel). If everything adds up, great. Otherwise, you'll have to do a trail and error to see which transactions didn't earn the bonus points.

Get 1 point awarded every $5 online spending first.
9 points for every $5 online spending will be awarded around 16th of next calendar month.

If you're only using this month and hit 1k spending, your points should be at approx 200. Considering your spend is eligible category then by 16th june, you should receive the additional 1.8k points. Total 2k points which is equivalent to 4k miles. Hence the calc $1 = 4miles
