For me, something is a bit weird. I had 2 transactions for ANA air tickets fares in March, and no any additional points(9 dbs points) was credited. and then I had a call to the customer service, almost 4 days later, got the call back and request me to provide the e-receipt of ANA to clarify.

Just to be sure, you know that 9x DBS points (ie 9 DBS points every $5 spent online) was supposed to be credited 16th-17th Apr?

Yes. I called them in May after my May bills are ready. I had my transaction on March 9th but did not get the additional points.

I suspect that ANA flight booking's MCC is not online. I didnt get the 3% for booking ANA using OCBC 365 and also the DBS LF rebate until I contacted the banks and provided some proof that the transactions are online. Both OCBC and DBS credited the rebates after that.

May I know what proof you provide the bank? When the transaction was made, did you receive the OTP?

Realised something regarding rewards. But has doubt sharing over here. As per my calculation seems to be rewarded for an item.. Pm me and will share.
