Anyone can verify that points for Starhub bill payment online using website to pay?

I read the past 50-60 pages and get all conflicting replies. I see the tnc also doesn't really state that Telco bill are excluded.

So does that mean by right should get points? In the event that does not get, can dispute?

Am still thinking whether should get this card. Anyway. This card the points expire yearly or what?
